Background
I have been treating, teaching and talking about Usui Reiki for over 21 years. Reiki is a generic term for a Usui System of Natural Reiki Healing, a hands-on and distant relaxation and healing method that uses universal life energy to balance body, mind, heart and spirit through gentle touch and compassionate focus.
